HOUSE BILL 73

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 25, strike "similar facility intended for public use" and insert in lieu thereof "convention center and any facility that includes space for rent by the public for the primary purpose of increasing tourism".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
