AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE AGING AND LONG-TERM SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO FUND THE AREA AGENCY ON AGING ADULT RESPITE AND DAYCARE PROGRAMMING AT THE SOUTH VALLEY MULTIPURPOSE SENIOR CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the aging and long-term services department for expenditure in fiscal year 2014 to fund area adult respite and daycare programming through the area agency on aging at the south valley multipurpose senior center in Albuquerque. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2014 shall revert to the general fund.
