Mr. Speaker:

    Your AGRICULTURE AND WATER RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 154

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 17, after the semicolon, insert "REPEALING SECTIONS 25-4-1 AND 25-4-2 NMSA 1978 (BEING LAWS 1901, CHAPTER 45, SECTIONS 1 AND 2, AS AMENDED);".

     2. On page 2, between lines 11 and 12, insert the following new subsection:

          "C. Sections 25-4-1 and 25-4-2 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1901, Chapter 45, Sections 1 and 2, as amended) are repealed.".

     3. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
