HOUSE AGRICULTURE AND WATER RESOURCES COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 201

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 22, after "act", insert a comma and remove

the brackets and line-through.

     2. On page 1, lines 23 and 24, strike the underscored language.

     3. On page 2, line 4, after "(2)", insert "whose application has not been protested".
