    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE LABOR AND HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 216, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 10, strike "initiated within six years from the date of the" and on line 11, strike "discovery of the violation" and insert in lieu thereof "brought no later than two years from the last date of the employee's employment".

    2. On page 4, line 14, after "exhaust", insert "state".

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
