has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 17, strike “is able to fill out” and insert in lieu thereof “completes”.

     2. On page 2, line 20, delete the period and insert in lieu thereof “using an electronic signature in conformance with the Electronic Authentication of Documents Act (EADA and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA)”.
