    Your HEALTH, GOVERNMENT & INDIAN AFFAIRS COMM, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 272

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 12, strike "AT LEAST FIVE" and insert in lieu thereof "NO MORE THAN TEN".

     2. On page 1, line 19, strike "at least five" and insert in lieu thereof "no more than ten free".

     3. On page 2, between lines 1 and 2, insert the following new section:

     "SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the provisions of this act is April 1, 2014.".
