HOUSE BILL 352

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 7, strike "to the" and insert in lieu thereof "for an".

     2. On page 2, line 11, after "support", insert "provided to the qualifying entity".

     3. On page 2, line 12, before "substantive", insert "the", after "expected", insert "from the qualifying entity" and after the period, insert the subsection designation "D.".

     4. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.

     5. On page 2, line 19, after "contributions", insert "for the economic development project".

     6. On page 2, line 21, after the period, insert "The project participation agreement for an economic development project that uses public support provided by the state to a local or regional government shall include a recapture agreement for the state.".

     7. On page 2, line 22, after "The", insert "project".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
