AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR OPERATIONAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE MUSEUM OF SPACE HISTORY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Four hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($425,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the cultural affairs department for expenditure in fiscal year 2014 to make operational improvements to programs and exhibits, asset management, security, facility, grounds, personnel and strategic planning at the museum of space history. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2014 shall revert to the general fund.
