AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION FOR JOB SKILLS TRAINING IN SOUTHEAST ALBUQUERQUE TO INCREASE THE SIZE OF THE WORK FORCE AND CREATE NEW JOB OPPORTUNITIES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2014 for job skills training in southeast Albuquerque in Bernalillo county to increase the size of the work force and to create new job opportunities. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2014 shall revert to the general fund.
