HOUSE BILL 447

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 11, strike "TO" and insert in lieu thereof "FROM".

     2. On page 1, line 11, after "FUND", insert "TO THE PUBLIC EDUCATION DEPARTMENT".

     3. On page 1, line 16, strike "general fund" and insert in lieu thereof "transportation emergency fund".

     4. On page 1, line 17, strike "transportation emergency fund" and insert in lieu thereof "public education department" and strike "year" and insert in lieu thereof "years".

     5. On page 1, line 18, strike "subsequent fiscal years" and insert in lieu thereof "2014".

     6. On page 1, lines 18 and 19, strike "to carry out the purposes of the transportation emergency fund" and insert in lieu thereof "for emergency fuel costs".

     7. On page 1, line 20, strike "a" and after "year", insert "2014".

     8. On page 1, line 21, strike "not".

     9. On page 1, line 21, strike "general fund" and insert in lieu thereof "transportation emergency fund".
