HOUSE BILL 463

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 13, after “format”, strike the remainder of the line, strike all of lines 14 and 15 and insert in lieu thereof “pursuant to the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, 14-16-1 et seq. NMSA 1978 and the Electronic Authentication of Documents Act, 14-15-1 et seq. NMSA 1978".

    2. On page 2, line 25, strike “;” and insert “pursuant to the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act and the Electronic Authentication of Documents Act;”.
