HOUSE BILL 551

 

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    

     1. On page 1, line 12, strike "RESIDUAL" and insert in lieu thereof "WASTE".

 

     2. On page 2, line 3, strike "residual" and insert in lieu thereof "waste".

 

     3. On page 3, line 13, strike "residual" and insert in lieu thereof "waste".

 

     4. On page 3, line 15, after the period, insert a closing quotation mark.

 

     5. On page 3, strike lines 16 through 20 in their entirety.
