AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO SCHOOL OF LAW FOR A NATIONAL LATINO AND LATINA LAW STUDENT CONFERENCE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2014 to pay for the school of law to host a national Latino and Latina law student conference. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2014 shall revert to the general fund.
