1. Strike Senate Rules Committee Amendments 1 and 2.
2. On page 1, line 25, strike "secretary" and insert in lieu
3. On page 2, line 1, before "a", insert "the state treasurer or".
4. On page 2, line 3, before "a", insert "the commissioner of public lands or".
5. On page 2, line 5, remove the brackets and line-through.
6. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.
7. On page 3, lines 6 and 7, strike "Paragraphs (2) through (8) of".
8. On page 3, line 15, strike "Paragraphs (2) through (8) of".
9. On page 3, line 23, strike "Paragraphs (2) through (8) of".
10. On page 4, line 4, strike "Paragraphs (2) through (8) of".
11. On page 5, line 15, strike "Paragraphs (2) through (8) of".
12. On page 18, beginning on line 4, strike all of Subsections A and B.
13. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
14. On page 18, line 19, strike "(4) through (7)" and insert in lieu thereof "(5) through (8)".
15. On page 18, line 21, strike "C" and insert in lieu thereof "A".
