has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 15, after "determine", insert "from the applicant candidate's statement".

    2. On page 12, line 18, strike "A contribution" and insert in lieu thereof "Total contributions from a qualified elector".

    3. On page 12, line 19, strike "per donor".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
