AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR SURVEY AND INSPECTION OF AMBULATORY SURGICAL CENTERS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2014 to survey and inspect ambulatory surgical centers. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2014 shall revert to the general fund.
