SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL 27

DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 15, after "EMPLOYEE", insert "CONTRIBUTIONS

FOR EMPLOYEES EARNING MORE THAN TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20,000) IN SALARY ANNUALLY".

    2. On page 1, line 16, strike "CERTAIN" and insert in lieu thereof "AN INCREASE IN".

    3. On page 103, line 18, after "retires", insert "on or".
