AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROJECT ECHO AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO HEALTH SCIENCES CENTER.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One million six hundred thousand dollars ($1,600,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2014 to hire personnel to continue project ECHO programs in New Mexico. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2014 shall revert to the general fund.
