SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ______ to SENATE BILL 81, as amended

Amendment sponsored by Senator Michael S. Sanchez

    1. On page 1, line 11, after "INCREASING", insert "FOR TEN YEARS".

    2. On page 2, lines 24 and 25, strike Subsection F in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new subsection:

         "F. "microbrewer" means:

             (1) for years prior to 2014, a person who produces fewer than five thousand barrels of beer in a year;

             (2) for years 2014 through 2016, a person who produces fewer than fifteen thousand barrels of beer in a year; and

             (3) for year 2017 and subsequent years, a person who produces fewer than five thousand barrels of beer in a year;".
