has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 1, strike Section 2 in its entirety.
2. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
3. On page 2, line 14, strike "5" and insert in lieu thereof "4".
4. On page 2, line 20, strike "4" and insert in lieu thereof "3".
5. On page 3, line 3, after "unless", insert "that person applies for employment".
6. On page 3, line 4, strike "that person applies for employment".
7. On page 3, line 6, strike "that person applies for employment".
8. On page 3, line 7, strike "or".
9. On page 3, line 8, strike "that person applies for employment".
10. On page 3, line 9, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; or".
11. On page 3, between lines 9 and 10, insert the following new subsection:
"D. that requires a fiduciary responsibility to the employer, including the authority to issue payments, collect debts, transfer money or enter into contracts.".
