    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 132

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 7, line 17, after "state", insert a period, strike the remainder of the line, strike all of line 18 and strike line 19 through the period.

    2. On page 9, line 21, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may".

    3. On page 11, lines 11 through 15, strike Section 11 in its entirety.

    4. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
