SENATE BILL 185, as amended
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. Strike all senate public affairs committee amendments.
2. On page 1, line 12, after "PROGRAM", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 13 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof a period.
3. On page 2, line 23 through page 3, line 11, strike Sections 3 and 4 in their entirety.
