SENATE BILL 204

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 14, after "biomass", insert "by an electric generation facility with a capacity rating of ten megawatts or less, or a thermal energy facility with a useful thermal energy rating of five megawatts or less, and".

    2. On page 7, line 2, after "scale", insert ", residential geothermal".

    3. On page 11, line 12, after "biomass", insert "by an electric generation facility with a capacity rating of ten megawatts or less, or a thermal energy facility with a useful thermal energy rating of five megawatts or less, and".
