    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 206

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 8, strike "ten days'" and insert in lieu thereof "reasonable".

    2. On page 9, line 8, strike "five hundred dollars ($500)" and insert in lieu thereof "one thousand dollars ($1,000)".

    3. On page 9, lines 9 and 10, strike "five thousand dollars ($5,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "ten thousand dollars ($10,000)".

    4. On page 18, line 8, strike "resident of Canada" and insert in lieu thereof "nonresident".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
