Mr. President:

    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 211

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 9, strike Sections 2 and 3 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new sections:

    "SECTION 2. APPLICABILITY.--The provisions of:

         A. Subsection D of Section 1 of this act apply to taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2013; and

         B. Subsections A through C and F through M of Section 1 of this act apply to taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2011.

    SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the provisions of this act is July 1, 2013.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
