AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE MASTER'S OF NURSING PROGRAM AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred eighty thousand dollars ($180,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal year 2014 for instructional staff salaries and benefits and other costs associated with the master's of nursing program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2014 shall revert to the general fund.
