AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO FUND WOMEN'S HEALTH SERVICES IN SANTA FE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2014 to fund women's health services in the city of Santa Fe in Santa Fe county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2014 shall revert to the general fund.
