    Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 284, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike Senate Corporations and Transportation Committee Amendment 1.

    2. On page 5, line 1, strike "June 30, 2028", and insert in lieu thereof "December 31, 2028".

    3. On page 5, line 10, strike "ten-" and insert in lieu thereof "twenty-".

    4. On page 5, strike lines 12 and 13 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following paragraph:

             "(4) the value for property taxation purposes shall not be less than twenty percent of the amount determined in Paragraph (2) of this subsection.".
