SENATE BILL 334

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 21, lines 15 and 16, strike "a Form ES-903A or its equivalent with" and insert in lieu thereof ", in a manner prescribed by the department,".

    2. On page 21, line 23, strike "Form ES-903A" and insert in lieu thereof "schedule".

    3. On page 22, line 1, strike "Form ES-903A" and insert in lieu thereof "schedule".

    4. On page 42, line 14, strike "exceed" and insert in lieu thereof "be less than three-hundredths percent or more than".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
