SENATE BILL 365

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 10, after the period, insert "The department shall adopt and promulgate rules by which the standards-based home visiting program shall operate.".

    2. On page 7, line 19, after the semicolon, insert "and".

    3. On page 8, line 25, strike "; and" and insert in lieu thereof a period.

    4. On page 9, strike lines 1 and 2 in their entirety.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
