    Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 387, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike Senate Corporations and Transportation Committee Amendment 2.

    2. On page 2, strike lines 13 and 14 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following paragraph:

             "(4) the value for property taxation purposes shall not be less than twenty percent of the amount determined in Paragraph (2) of this subsection.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
