SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to SENATE CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 402

    1. On page 4, lines 8 and 9, strike "initiated within six years from the date of the discovery of the violation" and insert in lieu thereof "brought no later than two years from the last date of the employee's employment".

    2. On page 4, line 12, after "exhaust", insert "state".
