SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to SENATE BILL 412, as amended

Amendment sponsored by Senator Carroll H. Leavell

    1. Strike Senate Judiciary Committee Amendments 1 and 2.

    2. On page 26, line 10, strike "pursuant to" and insert in lieu thereof "exclusively for the purposes required by".

    3. On page 26, line 14, after "public", insert a period, strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 15 through 25 in their entirety and on page 27, strike lines 1 through 9 in their entirety.
