AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A PROJECT MANAGER FOR THE MORA COUNTY COMPLEX.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2014 for the services and expenses of a project manager to provide construction oversight for the Mora county complex that will house the offices of the county manager, treasurer, assessor, clerk, probate judge, road department, planning and zoning department, public health office, motor vehicle department and sheriff and a courtroom for the magistrate court and district court. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2014 shall revert to the general fund.
