remainder of the line and strike line 25 through "representatives".

    2. On page 2, line 3, after "leader", insert "of each house".

    3. On page 2, line 5, after "leader", insert "of each house".

    4. On page 2, line 6, after "member", insert "each".

    5. On page 2, line 7, after "senate", insert "and by the speaker of the house of representatives".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
