has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, line 2, strike the comma and insert in lieu

thereof "or".

     2. On page 3, line 2, strike "or the school district".

     3. On page 3, line 3, strike "operational" and insert in lieu

thereof "noncapital".

     4. On page 6, line 1, strike "2014" and insert in lieu thereof

"2015"., 

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
