    1. On page 10, line 13, strike "acequia water users" and insert in lieu thereof "the head of a statewide association representing acequias or the association's designee".

    2. On page 10, line 14, before "soil", insert "the head of a statewide association representing".

    3. On page 10, line 15, after "districts", insert "or the association's designee".
