SENATE BILL 167

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 2, after "Canada", insert "and whose competency to practice has been proven as determined by the board".

    2. On page 2, line 8, strike "was" and insert in lieu thereof "has", and after "not", insert "been".

    3. On page 2, line 21, after "Canada", insert "and whose competency to practice has been proven as determined by the board".

    4. On page 3, line 2, strike "was" and insert in lieu thereof "has", and after "not", insert "been".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
