AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE EARLY COLLEGE HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM AT MESA VISTA CONSOLIDATED AND PENASCO INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICTS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the public education department for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 for the early college high school program at Mesa Vista consolidated school district and Penasco independent school district. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2015 shall revert to the general fund.
