Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
HOUSE BILL 39
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 1, line 15, after "THE", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 16 through 18 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "AGING AND LONG-TERM SERVICES DEPARTMENT FOR DISTRIBUTION STATEWIDE THROUGH THE AREA AGENCIES ON AGING.".
2. On page 2, line 18, after "the", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 19 up to "for" and insert in lieu thereof "aging and long-term services department for distribution statewide through the area agencies on aging".
3. On page 2, line 21, after "through", insert "the north central New Mexico economic development district as the non-metro area agency on aging,".
4. On page 3, line 16, after "distribute", insert "one hundred percent of".
5. On page 3, line 17, after "the", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 18 and 19 in their entirety, strike line 20 up to "establish" and insert in lieu thereof "aging and long-term services department for distribution statewide through the area agencies on aging. The agencies on aging shall cooperatively".
6. On page 3, line 23, strike "district" and insert in lieu thereof "agencies".
7. On page 3, line 24, strike "and the other area agencies on aging".
