AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE VETERANS' SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO PURCHASE, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN MOBILE OUTREACH VEHICLES TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO NEW MEXICO VETERANS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the veterans' services department for expenditure in fiscal year 2016 to purchase, operate and maintain mobile outreach vehicles to provide services to New Mexico veterans. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2016 shall revert to the general fund.
