    2. On page 4, line 18, strike "five" and insert in lieu thereof "seven".

    3. On page 4, line 25, strike "or is participating in".

    4. On page 5, line 2, after "two", insert "or level three".

    5. On page 5, line 16, strike "five" and insert in lieu thereof "seven".,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
