    Your AGRICULTURE, WATER & WILDLIFE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 112

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 12, after "PURPOSES", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 13 through 15 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "TO INCLUDE THE RESTING OF LAND UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS.".

     2. On pages 2 and 3, strike Subparagraph (c) in its entirety.

     3. Reletter the succeeding subparagraphs accordingly.

     4. On page 3, line 7, strike "moderate" and insert in lieu thereof "severe".

     5. On page 3, line 12, strike the colon and on lines 13 through 18, strike the underscored language and on line 15, strike the semicolon.,

and thence referred to the WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE.
