    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 125

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 21, after "person", insert a colon and the paragraph designation "(1)".

     2. On page 1, line 23, remove the bracketing and line through "the" and strike "any".

     3. On page 1, line 25, after "child", strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; or".

     4. On page 1, after line 25, insert the following new paragraph:

                "(2) with the specific intent to expose the recipient to images that are obscene, knowingly and intentionally communicating directly with a specific child under sixteen years of age by sending the child obscene images of another person's intimate parts by means of an electronic communication device when the perpetrator is at least four years older than the child.".

and thence referred to the WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE.
