Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
HOUSE BILL 130, as amended
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. Strike House Government, Elections and Indian Affairs Committee Amendments 1, 3 and 6.
2. On page 1, line 21, strike the colon, and on line 22 strike the subsection designation "A.".
3. On page 1, line 24, strike "; or", and strike line 25 in its entirety.
4. On page 2, strike line 1 through "fifty".
5. On page 3, line 3, strike "four" and insert in lieu thereof "three".
6. On page 3, line 24, strike "reviews of" and insert in lieu thereof "a review of not more than ten percent of the total number of".
7. On page 3, line 24, after "proposals", insert "that were issued during the previous thirty days".
8. On page 4, line 4, after the period, insert "The committee shall develop a procedure by which it will select the requests for proposals that it reviews.".
