HOUSE BILL 189


has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:


    1. On page 1, line 12, after the semicolon, strike the remainder of the line, strike line 13 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "ELIMINATING THE ADDITIONAL FINGERPRINT REQUIREMENT UPON RENEWAL OF A LICENSE; PROVIDING ADDITIONAL TIME IN THE LICENSE RENEWAL PROCESS.".


    2. On page 2, line 2, remove the brackets and line-through and after "COURSE", insert a dash.


    3. On page 3, line 21, after "department", insert ", up to ninety days prior to the expiration of the license".


    4. On page 4, line 4, after "license", insert "without requiring additional fingerprints".

 

    5. On page 4, line 5, strike "sixty" and insert in lieu thereof "ninety".


    6. On page 4, lines 10 through 18, remove the brackets and line-through and on line 18, strike "H.".


    7. On page 4, line 11, strike "two years".


    8. On page 4, line 13, strike "twenty-two" and insert in lieu thereof "twenty-eight".


    9. On page 4, line 14, strike "twenty-six" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty-two".


    10. On page 4, line 25, after "issued", insert "or renewed".,


and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
