    1. On page 1, line 22, strike “PAROLE REVOCATION” and insert in lieu thereof “SUPERVISED RELEASE”.

    2. On page 3, line 4, strike “on the basis” and insert in lieu thereof “upon the finding”.

    3. On page 3, line 12, strike “for up” and insert in lieu thereof “not”.

    4. On page 3, line 13, strike “one six-month period” and insert in lieu thereof “exceed six months”.

    5. On page 3, line 13, strike “up to” and insert in lieu thereof “not to exceed”.

    6. On page 3, line 14, after “commitment” insert “or”.
