HOUSE BILL 198

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, after "COURSE", insert "AND A STATE MUSEUM".

    2. On page 1, lines 18 and 19, strike "Except as provided in Subsection G of this section, a" and insert in lieu thereof "A".

    3. On page 4, line 13, after the period, insert a closing quotation mark.

    4. On page 4, lines 14 through 18, strike Subsection G in its entirety.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
