    Your SAFETY AND CIVIL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

 

HOUSE BILL 208

 

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

     1. On page 2, lines 3 and 4, strike ", within fifteen days from the date that the name-based check was conducted,".

 

     2. On page 2, line 4, after "shall", insert "immediately".

 

     3. On page 2, line 6, strike "immediate".

 

     4. On page 2, line 21, strike the semicolon and strike lines 22 and 23.

 

     5. On page 2, line 24, strike the paragraph designation "(2)" and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

 

     6. On page 3, line 3, after the period, insert "The resident shall be entitled to review the information obtained from the resident's criminal history record check that was performed using the resident's fingerprints.".,

 

 

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
